1. Internship and training period
Every new staff has a 7-15 days internship and training peiord, mainly learn the knowledge related to PCB、PCBA and get familiar with office system
2. Probationary period
For new staff, there are 3 months of probationay period,basic salary+comission
3. Formal staff
After 3-month probation, we will make examination and assessment, if qualified, you will be employeed as formal staff, and then sign the labor contract and arrange social security.We will set the sales task and increase the basic salary for you,comission would be calculated based on the amount of sales deducting the sales task.
